About me…
I specialise in sustainable and alternative photographic methods and I’m based in Bristol, UK.
My work explores themes of femininity, fashion, rule breaking, people and nature. I have a strong love for rich and bold colour palettes which allow me to create both powerful and sensitive imagery.
Sustainability…
I am a strong believer in the importance of working towards a sustainable future, both in day to day life, and in my creative practices. A special interest of mine is exploring alternative and sustainable photographic methods which allow to to create beautiful images which are non harmful to our environment. I believe process is just as important as the message behind an image, which is why I choose to create work which communicates my beliefs both in its rawest visual form, as well an in its journey to becoming an image. Some of my specialist processes include anthotypes, cyanotypes, homemade plant developers, handmade plant paper and botanical ink painting.
